Giles Mattocks

Giles has over twenty years' experience in providing a broad range of accounting and advisory services to owner managed businesses. He has a vast experience of providing the compliance services his clients require along with more specialist advice required to facilitate growth and achieve successful succession and exit results.

Giles qualified as a Chartered accountant in 2002 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Giles trained and qualified with a well-respected independent North West practice and later held a senior management role within a top ten national practice.

He advises across a broad range of business sectors and for clients trading as Corporates and partnerships.

Out of office hours, Giles is a governor of a Liverpool school and spends most of his time at home or travelling with his young family.

Iain Jennions

Iain has close on 25 years' experience working at the top level of practice having initially trained with Grant Thornton prior to taking a break to study International Business and Spanish at Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Salamanca, Spain

Following his degree he returned to his accountancy career, becoming a national award winning client manager prior to joining a growing North West practice as a senior manager.

Outside of work Iain is also a director and board member of the Insight Film Festival taking a keen interest in helping develop the festival and his 3 children keep him busy at home in his role as ‘taxi’.

Dave Grindley

Dave is our tax partner with nearly 20 years' experience of providing tax advice to wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs and their businesses across a wide range of industry sectors.

A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor, Dave has previously worked for 2 of the most well respected independent North West practices. Dave also held a senior management role within a top ten national practice.

Outside of the office, Dave is married with 3 children. Injury cut short his amateur football career (no great loss) and he can now occasionally be found taking far too many shots at his local golf course.
